Land-Rover gearbox Series II & IIa. Fully rebuilt by one of the world’s finest re-builders. Comes with full warranty. Not one of these gearboxes has ever been returned in the entire time we’ve been selling these units to our clientele nationwide. Completely rebuilt throughout, with transfer case, front output housing and handbrake assembly. Warrantied for 12 months, unlimited mileage.

Series IIa All-Synchromesh Gearbox 



​Series II/IIa, 1959-1984, synchromesh gearbox. Identical exchange unit, except with synchromesh on all four gears. No need to modify anything. This is a direct bolt-in unit as delivered.

​Virtually an extinct species. This is a new old stock, never-fitted overdrive manufactured by Superwinch. Long since out of production. Comes complete with instructions and all parts. This was Land-Rover’s ONLY factory-approved overdrive back in the day.
